How do you handle amenities that are or become inoperable?
Answers for Buyers

The homeowners association of each condominium complex is responsible for the exterior of the building and grounds upkeep including pools, jacuzzis, grills, etc. We are not allowed to change or fix any of the common areas. If something becomes inoperable inside the unit then call (800) 735-8058 to report it and we will have a technician right out or a properly trained technician depending on the nature of the problem. Please do not attempt to repair anything yourself, that is what we are here for and we really depend on your feedback.
